The Infrastructure

Capricorn has a robust infrastructure with Production Lines, Warehouses, Ripening Chambers in order to facilitate its growth in terms of Quantity and Quality. Further, a team of Agricultural officers to work in tandem with farmers to enforce strict compliance with the prescribed Package of Practices (POP), approved methods and modern, safe farming techniques. State-of-the-art laboratory for in house testing of microbiology, colour, and other parameters of the products.

The Production Facilities


Sathyavedu - Andhra Pradesh (South India)

  • 2 Aseptic lines of 10 MT/Hr & 6 MT/Hr of Puree and 8 MT/Hr & 4 MT/Hr of Concentrate with chill stores to store Aseptic fruit puree to 10000 MT at +5°C.
  • 1 Canning line of 5 MT/Hr.
  • 2 IQF lines with total capacity of 3.5 MT/Hr.
  • 2 Blast Freezer & 1 Plate Freezer.

Sri Kalahasti - Andhra Pradesh (South India)

  • 1 Aseptic line of 5 MT/Hr of Puree/Concentrate.
  • 1 Canning line for Puree/Concentrate of 3 MT/Hr.

Krishnagiri - Tamil Nadu (South India)

  • 2 Aseptic lines of 10 MT/Hr and 6 Mt/Hr of Puree and 1 Aseptic line of 8 MT/Hr of Mango Concentrate.
  • 1 Canning line for Puree/Concentrates of 5 MT/Hr.

Koyna - Maharashtra (Western India)

  • 1 Aseptic line of 6 MT/Hr of Puree.

Nashik - Maharashtra (Western India)

  • 2 Aseptic lines of 10 MT/Hr and 6 Mt/Hr of Puree and 1 Aseptic line of 8 MT/Hr of Mango Concentrate.
  • 1 Canning line for Puree/Concentrates of 5MT/Hr.
  • 1 Aseptic line of 4 MT/Hr for Tomato Paste
  • 1 IQF line of 3 MT/Hr.
