French Fries

French Fries are made from sugar free special quality of potatoes known as Kennebec. Each ready to cook stick will be mealy, fleshly and free from any defects. The flavour is, as appetizing as naturally cooked potato French fries. These are said to be rich in nutrients like Vitamin C, Protein, Carbohydrates and Fat. These French fries are said to have close to 150 Kilocalories.

TVC value observed in our product has always been less than 22,000/gm

YEAST AND MOULD COUNT observed has always been less than 10/gm

The presence of COLIFORM AND OTHER PATHOGENS determined by the E>COLI.Test is negative in our product.

COOKING METHOD

Edible oil should be used .he temperature of the oil should be 180°C. Aratio of 200gm French Fries to 8 Litres of oil is recommened french Fries shold be added to hot oil in frozen state.Frying time of 2.3-3mins is recommended.Product to be cooked till desired:colour and crispiness is attained
